New Orders

To place a new order, you need to first Sign Up and log into your account first. Once you are in there, you will see a button with “New Order”. Click the button and follow the three steps. At first step, you will provide the basic requirements of your order i.e. assignment type, type of service, number of pages, deadline, language, etc. At second step, you will provide the topic, written instructions or upload any files. At last, you will preview the order details and proceed to payment.

Once an order is successfully placed, your orders will be under review by writers. It usually takes few hours to assign the order to a writer. Once done, you will notice the change of order status to “active” and a writer assigned to your order.

Go to your order you wish to upload files. You will see a button with "upload files", just click the button and upload your files and submit. That is it. The files will be uploaded and shown in your order files.

Yes, normally all orders are being delivered prior to their deadlines. However, we recommend placing your orders keeping in view your actual deadlines so you have enough time to review and in case for any revisions.

You can provide your preferred writer ID in the field of “preferred writer” at the time of placing new order.

There could be several reasons if you are unable to upload files. Either the files are not supported or too big. In this scenario you can share your files with your expert via order chat, you can utilize SendSpace. This service is free and does not require registration. Follow the steps below to upload your files and share the download link:

  • Go to SendSpace and click on the Browse button to select a file from your computer.
  • You will be redirected to the Select files page.
  • Note that the To/From fields do not need to be filled out. Simply click on the Upload button to proceed.
  • Once the file has been uploaded, click on the Copy link next to the Download Page link to copy the link to the file. You can then send this link to your expert via order chat.

You can cancel the order only until it is not assigned to a writer. To cancel your order. Log in to your account and go to your orders. If the order status is in review, click the three dots menu button, and next click the cancel order.
