All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 30 minutes, check your junk email or spam folder.

There could be several reasons if you are unable to upload files. Either the files are not supported or too big. In this scenario you can share your files with your expert via order chat, you can utilize SendSpace. This service is free and does not require registration. Follow the steps below to upload your files and share the download link:
- Go to SendSpace and click on the Browse button to select a file from your computer.
- You will be redirected to the Select files page.
- Note that the To/From fields do not need to be filled out. Simply click on the Upload button to proceed.
- Once the file has been uploaded, click on the Copy link next to the Download Page link to copy the link to the file. You can then send this link to your expert via order chat.
Sign in to your account and go to your your orders. Cick the order ID you wish to extend deadline. You will see an option with a button "Extend Deadline". Click the button and select your new deadline. Submit and that is it. Your deadline will be updated.

You can send a message to your writer for a rough draft and they would be happy to share with you.
Go to your Order ID, and click the button "Add Payment" to add funds in your order. Choose the reason you wish to add funds and enter the amount. click the payment button and securely checkout with your desire payment method.

For refund queries you can contact our support team at any time. Refund requests usually takes 1-2 working days for processing from our end. Once the refund is inititated you will be notified by email.
You can cancel the order only until it is not assigned to a writer. To cancel your order. Log in to your account and go to your orders. If the order status is in review, click the three dots menu button, and next click the cancel order.
