Order Cancellation by the Customer

In the event that a customer decides to cancel an order after it has been assigned and confirmed by the writer, the applicable refund amount may range from 70% to 100%. This deduction is made to account for the dedicated efforts we have already invested in providing the services you've acquired.

Late Completion of Order

Delays in order completion can occasionally occur due to unforeseen emergencies or the writer's unforeseen illness. In such instances, the company takes responsibility for compensating the customer for the late submission of the order. Our company representative will reach out to the customer privately, and together, they will determine a mutually agreed-upon amount to be refunded to the customer as compensation for the tardy delivery of the order.

Late Submission of Required Material by the Customer

To ensure the timely completion of orders, we strongly encourage our customers to furnish all pertinent materials and information. If the required materials are not uploaded by the customer and this results in a delay in order fulfillment, we regret to inform you that a refund cannot be guaranteed. Hence, it is of utmost importance to share all relevant data, including any supplementary materials you wish to be used, at the time of placing your order to prevent any potential delays. Submission of Order After First Deadline

The decision to release payment for an order that is delivered after the initial deadline lies entirely with the customer, granting them full discretion in this matter.

Unclear Claims

Claim on Plagiarism

However, if a customer alleges that the assistance delivered by our expert contains plagiarism and is sourced from elsewhere, we kindly request the submission of a Turnitin report as evidence. In such circumstances, only a Turnitin report is recognized as valid documentation.

You Are Not Eligible for a Refund If:

If, however, you find that the quality falls short of your expectations, you have the option to request unlimited revisions or submit it for review by our Quality Assurance Department. Late payment resulting in order delay

In situations where a client registers a complaint about order delay, and upon investigation, it is determined that the payment was also delayed, the responsibility cannot be attributed to us. Consequently, a refund cannot be granted.

Please be aware that, due to differing end dates in the revision deadline, the previously mentioned refund provisions for order delays and price adjustments do not apply in this scenario.

Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting Orders

It's essential to note that for the services of editing, proofreading, and formatting, the content you submit originates from your source and may contain contextual errors.

In the event of order cancellation, any content provided prior to cancellation cannot be utilized by the customer. All rights to the content remain with the company.

Refund request expiry

Please be advised that the refund window is open for a duration of six months from the transaction date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if the six-month period has elapsed since the initial transaction.
