In the event that a customer decides to cancel an order after it has been assigned and confirmed by the writer, the applicable refund amount may range from 70% to 100%. This deduction is made to account for the dedicated efforts we have already invested in providing the services you've acquired.

Delays in order completion can occasionally occur due to unforeseen emergencies or the writer's unforeseen illness. In such instances, the company takes responsibility for compensating the customer for the late submission of the order. You Are Not Eligible for a Refund If:

If, however, you find that the quality falls short of your expectations, you have the option to request unlimited revisions or submit it for review by our Quality Assurance Department.   • Late payment resulting in order delay
  • In situations where a client registers a complaint about order delay, and upon investigation, it is determined that the payment was also delayed, the responsibility cannot be attributed to us. Consequently, a refund cannot be granted.

    Please be aware that, due to differing end dates in the revision deadline, the previously mentioned refund provisions for order delays and price adjustments do not apply in this scenario.

  • Editing, Proofreading, and Formatting Orders
  • It's essential to note that for the services of editing, proofreading, and formatting, the content you submit originates from your source and may contain contextual errors.

    In the event of order cancellation, any content provided prior to cancellation cannot be utilized by the customer. All rights to the content remain with the company.

  • Refund request expiry
  • Please be advised that the refund window is open for a duration of six months from the transaction date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if the six-month period has elapsed since the initial transaction.

Processing of Refunds
